The Law Chronicle met with the Government’s Minister for Business, Kevin Hollinrake, where we were invited to the UK House of Lords for our work with top banks and financial firms.

At The Law Chronicle, we go a step beyond regulatory horizon scanning by compiling and managing the regulatory information that banks and financial firms have to comply with. This is further strengthened through our work with the UK Government and regulators.

With Minister Hollinrake’s time in the HM Treasury Sub-Committee on Financial Services Regulations, he has had the experience to scrutinise newly proposed draft financial services regulations. Therefore, it was a pleasure to relate with him on how The Law Chronicle streamlines financial compliance processes and rapidly cuts down time spent on regulatory monitoring.

Additionally, at The Law Chronicle, our ESG plug-in also keeps in mind ESG regulations in finance. For example, The Law Chronicle’s platform can be utilised to comply with the UK Government’s Sustainability Disclosure Requirements - which regulates anti-greenwashing, encourages investment labels and implements new rules and guidance for firms marketing investment funds based on their sustainability characteristics.
